What ADUScout is

ADUScout is a directory and information service for ADU (accessory dwelling unit) builders and garage conversion contractors. We are not a contractor, general contractor, or construction company, and we do not perform, supervise, or guarantee any construction work. We help homeowners research local contractors and submit quote requests; any resulting agreement to perform work is strictly between you and the contractor you choose.

Listings are not endorsements

Contractor listings on this site are compiled from publicly available sources, including contractor websites and public licensing records. Inclusion in our directory is not an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of any contractor's quality, licensing status, or performance. Always independently verify a contractor's license status at cslb.ca.gov before hiring, and get everything in writing.
